How to change position of page breaks on a page.

Hi guys,
I’m trying to insert page breaks, which goes fine, but thing is….they appear all the way to the bottom of the page (post)
I want them to appear right above the social sharing buttons.Check it here:

I also want to do that for the meta categories that appear at the bottom to the page. I want to those to appear after the social sharing buttons.
