How to change plugin "thumbnail for excerpts"

  • Hello all!

    I am using the plugin “Thumbnail for Exceptions” which automatically generates a thumbnail and excerpt text for all my posts.

    I love this plugin but i was wondering if anyone new a way i could edit it to automatically allow the newest published post to be displayed in full and keep all the other posts after it doing what this plugin already does.
