How to change phone number at the top

    New to wordpress. Would like to change our hotline at the top as it is outdated but can’t find anywhere to do so?

    Appreciate any assistance.

    I think it would be a good idea to ask the person in charge of creating the WordPress themes.
    It is difficult to identify from the public screen.

    If you can’t find management from backend so it’s mite be possibility that it’s manage from template in theme.

    If you have FTP/SFTP detail

    1) First check active theme from backend Appearance -> Theme
    2) Go to wp-content->theme->Active theme
    3) Check home-page.php in active theme folder than edit file
    4) Check if there is any code regading hotline/phone no and change it.

    if you not found code in home-page.php file than check header.php in theme folder.

    If You Don’t have FTP/SFTP detail
    1) In Appearance Find Theme File Editor and follow above step

    I have access to the backend hosting. I looked at wp-content and through themes but couldn’t find.
