How to change permalinks to use SKU?

    Hi

    I want to change my permalinks but only for WooCommerce products (i do not want to change my global permalink settings).

    Instead of this (like its now)

    <base url>/produkt/<slug>/

    I want to have this

    <base url>/produkt/<sku>

    It has to work with WPML also so in english it should look like this

    <base url>/produkt/<sku>/?lang=en

    How can this be achieved?

    WooCommerce has no built in feature for this. You will need to use custom for this, for example: https://www.themelocation.com/how-to-add-sku-to-product-url-in-woocommerce/ or https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/146143/add-sku-to-product-url-woocommerce/146149

    **Also: Before you do that, please do make a full backup!**

    This will be tricky and will require additional knowledge of how WPML generates and manages permalinks. I expect that this is something a web developer will have to work on for you.
