how to change navigation menu bar

change the color of my tag line

Dashboard / Appearance / Customize

Colors Tab click and select ‘Header Text Color’ your favorite color.

the navagation menu text color can you help me please I would Like to change them to pink

Please open style.css and add to below code last line.

	color:pink;
	 /*can I re-size the menu bar.  Example below*/
	font-size:116%;
}

so just copy and paste tha code to the end of the styles sheet
and i have trye the fiest one but will try one more time for my heading tagline

I put that code in the end of the style.css editor and it didnt work

i did that and nothing happened i have a simple customize option in the apperance /customize area i think its a plugin but its were i find element but im not sure how to use it

yes there is option for color but ony background color in that tab
