How to change navigation bar

Hello friends,
I want to get help of yours on a topic. I want to know that can i change the view of my navigation bar. when i create pages with different names and save them, they appear ordered in alphabetic. How do i set them as per my desire. can i display meta tags in navigation bar. i am using flexibility 3 theme. plz tell me where to correct it. thanks in advance for your solutions.
