How to change mobile menu background colour?

  • Does anyone know how I can control the menu background colour on the mobile version of my responsive WP theme? It seems to be locked in a colour that I’d like to change. I’ve been trying to find the relevant code in the style.css sheet, but perhaps the mobile menu colour is defined elsewhere?

    I’m using the WP-Adapt responsive theme, but the mobile responsiveness doesn’t seem to work if I have the WP Jetpack Mobile Theme turned on. Therefore, I have the Jetpack Mobile Theme turned off.

    I don’t have coding knowledge, so I’d appreciate pretty explicit instructions if you’re willing to patiently share with me. Thank you in advance for your help.
