How to change minimum amount on WooCommerce

  • Hi there,

    How do you change the minimum payment for Afterpay? We are getting people wanting to pay with Afterpay with a $5 purchases. What setting do we change so that Afterpay only activates for a total purchase over $50?

    Thank you for your question.

    The Afterpay plugin loads merchant account configuration from the Afterpay API. This includes the order minimum and maximum values. In order to increase the minimum, please submit a request using the following web form:
    https://afterpay.formstack.com/forms/global_merchant_technical_support

    A member of the team will then contact you within 1 business day.

    Once the value is amended at the account level, the plugin should pick up the changes within 1 hour.
