How to change loading for Google Pagespeed

  • Hi, although having the script async is great for performance, it has quite a negative impact on Google Pagespeed scores because the whole page must be rendered before the cookie banner shows.

    Does the plugin offer any way to change this so that all of the above the fold content can be rendered earlier, including the banner?

    Hi Andy,

    I am not sure what did you mean. This plugin should literally have no effect on your Google PageSpeed score.

    Most likely your above the fold content is blocked by other JavaScript that you have on your site, coming from your theme or other plugins.
