When my users are prompted to subscribe, they see two lists which is

    1. Woocommerce Users
    2. WordPress Users

I am not comfortable with the list titles. Is there a way I can change it to what I want? Maybe, “Website Users” & “Customers”?

  • Hi there @funtrick,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please clarify if your subscribers see the names of these lists in the subscription confirmation email?

If so, you can remove the [lists_to_confirm] shortcode from this email in MailPoet > Settings > Sign-up Confirmation > Email content.

If they see it somewhere else, please share a screenshot so we can take a further look.

I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Hi there @funtrick,

    Thanks for the screenshot!

The lists’ names are shown on this page by default. If you want to hide them, you can create a new page with a similar text and choose it in MailPoet > Settings > Sign-up Confirmation > Confirmation page.

Let me know how it goes!
