Hi there,

I am using a page as the home page of a WordPress site : Awily.fr

In the editing form, there is a line named “Menu label” where I put “Accueil” (French for “Homepage”).

I thought it would be used as the anchor text displayed in the main navigation menu.

As you can notice, it’s not the case.

=> How can I modify the anchor texts displayed in the navigation menu, without changing the page names ?

    Thank you for your help

  • I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.

    I understand.

I think I’ve found a twisted way to fix it.
Change page.php of the theme to remove
Title_page
, and then edit pages content to display customized h1 title.

Which means I can define page names according to anchor texts I want to see in the navigation menu.

It’s not clean, but it works !
