how to change "leave a comment"

i’m wondering how to change this text “leave a comment”

as it stands i’m not letting comments exist so it would be useful to change this, perhas even take it out, although since it acts as a link to an isolated view, i’d like to simply change the text to something more laconic,/ I’ve cheecked the comments.php in the editor however it is not there.
