How to change job-title and name in grid?

  • Our Customer is useing Our Team Showcase 3.0.0 no pro-Version.
    There is a Circle in a Widgeht right Side and a Grid-Page.
    In the Circle there comes name first and Job Title after Name.
    That’s OK.
    In Grid there is the job Title before name.

    Can I tried to change the template grid.php and place it in to the Child-Thema folder in childtheme\our-team-enhanced\inc\template\grid.php

    But without any effect.

    Is it possible to change the order of name and titel this way?
    Or do the customer need to buy the pro version?
