How to change Image in block

I am trying to build out a site refresh and loving several of the GS blocks. I’m trying to use several flipboxes in a row for a staff gallery, topped with an Image block and some text below the image and more text on the back of the flip.

I set up the first flip block, image block and text to be exactly as I want it after endless fiddling, and then I duplicated it, with the intent to just swap in the next image and text, and so on.

All good, except the problem is… how do you change the image on the Image block? There doesn’t seem to be any way to alter it once one is loaded the first time!

Please tell me I’m being a dope and there’s a “right there” that I’m missing. Or that it can be easily fixed!
