How to change https://mysite/home address to https://mysite on menu

Hello guys.
I have problem with home menu or maybe redirecting them to the actual home address.
I have a top menu with a familiar menu entry “home” but when I hover on “home” menu it shows “https://mysite.com/home”
Unlike other menu entries, in this case I would like it to show me and transfer me to the actual home address “https://mysite.com”
How can I make changes in menus to do so?
(I am working on local host)
Thanks.Update: I found a solution to this by making “custom link” with the link text “home” and URL “https://mysite.com
But I am wondering if there is a better way by using the page “home” on menu?
