How to change header in sidebar

  • Hi All. The titles in my right sidebar (https://theseasonssamui.com/) are assigned header tag <h1>. How exactly would I go about changing this (to <h2> or <h3>)? I assume that is set by the theme somewhere?

    I am indeed using a child theme, and I have not modified this at all my style.css.
