I’m working on https://samobot.com . The gravatar there is mine. After changing the administrative email address to the site owners’, my gravatar still appears there. I’ve cleared the my browser’s cache and viewed the site on another browser – it still hasn’t changed. Please how do I go about it?

Because I’m not sure what the Gravatar is supposed to look like, could you please provide links to:

    – your Gravatar URL
    – the Gravatar URL that should be appearing instead of yours

By Gravatar URL, I mean something like this:

    https://en.gravatar.com/kathrynwp

    Thanks!

Hi Chinoms, I just visited your site and I can see that your little gravatar on the left side (little circle) has your picture on it. On my site, it’s still a gray blank head. How did you go about changing this? I cannot for the life of me figure this out!!

Nevermind! I removed it. Seems as though it had to do with an address that I had in there.

Glad you figured it out, CarisaSpeth. In case anyone finds this thread in the future, you can specify which Gravatar shows in Fictive by entering a Gravatar-associated email in the Customizer, in the Theme panel:

Customize Fictive 1 1 1 by Automattic tagline

Sorry for replying late to this thread. To get it done, on your Dashboard, go to Customizer. Click on the Theme dropdown and you’ll see Gravatar email field. That’s it.The link posted by Kathryn Presner gives us a snapshot. Thanks, Kathryn.
