• So, I know what i have done wrong, but don’t know how to fix it…

I accidently changed the Site Address (URL) as well as the WordPress Address and now I can’t access my site at all – Keep getting and Error 405 message. The files are all still there on the host.

I know why I can’t view the site, and i want to fix it.

Is there anyway to access the Settings information without Dashboard??

    Thanks
    Angie

    Hello there!

You can change general settings from your database. Open your database and go to wp_options table. It saves all the settings of general settings. You can change the value for site address field and save the table.

    Hope it works for you.

    Thanks

Angie, Seems I have done the same thing you did on your wordpress site. If I may ask, which option did you take from the ‘above’, or did you go another route to recover the information, and get back into your dashboard? Any help is appreciated, thanks so much, Teresa
