How to change from col-md-3 to col-md-4 on footer section

Thank you for the screenshot.

To change col-md-3 to col-md-4 then please follow give below down some steps:-
1) Go to your hotel galaxy theme directory and open the footer.php file.
2) Now go to line number 11, you will see col-md-3, now you can change col-md-3 to col-md-4 and save it.
