How to change form templates to jQuery UI Theme or Collapsible Form?

Yes, here it is.

When I go to users-> profile search-> I get this:
members/bps-form-legacy
outdated custom template located in: themes/kleo/buddypress/
more information…

When I go to users->profile search->edit->form template-> I get this: all the outdated form templates: form legacy, form inline, form with labels.

Please help. Thank you

Those templates are provided by your theme, Kleo.

Which version of Kleo are you using?

I am using the latest version of Kleo theme version 4.9. The BP profile search plugin does not work for some reason though. Please let me know soon. Thank you for your time.

I don’t have access to the Kleo code, so I’m unable to look into this issue.

I suggest you contact the Kleo team and they will be able to determine if the problem is in Kleo or in BP Profile Search.
