How to change font-size?

Please use the CSS code below:

#wpdcom .wpd-comment-text{
    font-size: 12px;
}

Put the code in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS > “Additional CSS” textarea, save it, delete all caches and check again.

Check picture. Can you help with that too? My theme conflict with the plugin and once you click Options from there, half of them are hided. How can i move them to left?
