How to change font family and font size

  • Hi,

    I am a newbie to wordpress and somehow CSS as well ??

    I want to change the font family and the font size for the Staff List page. What do I have to enter to Staff Page CSS?

    I want the names and the position written in:
    font-family: “Helvetica Neue”, Arial, Helvetica, “Nimbus Sans L”, sans-serif;

    and in:
    font-size: 12px;
