How to change feature image size ?

it follow your setting in wp-admin->settings->media->thumbnail, medium and large,

But i want to set the size of all feature images in 700*300 than what to do ??

You would go to ur css file and put the set the width and height check if it has a class or if you can put a class so it doesn’t affect all your other images but something like this.

img {
width: 700px;
height: 300px;
}

700*300 in what size, thumbnail, medium or large?
featured images purpose is for thumbnail or preview img etc, why do you want it in larger than 400px, where do you intend to put the featured image?

choose large featured image in customizer->general->posts->choose featured image size->large
