how to change email and phone on My Account page

    i am looking for where to change the email and phone number as seen on this page and other checkout pages: https://paramedsupply.com/my-account/

    i am using the Avada theme. Where do i find these? i am assuming buried in WooCommerce settings but i cannot find it!
