How to change Domain name of my Local Host 'Dev' Site?

i am developing my wordpress site on my Laptop Computer (Localhost).
it is NOT ‘live’ and not hosted anywhere yet.
i gave it a default name.
Lets say my Local Dev url is: https://www.xyz.dev/

i have now made a company name: eg: “ABC”

so, how would I change my ‘Dev’ url to: https://www.abc.dev/

i am not uploading anything to any sites yet.
this is PURELY on my local host laptop computer at home.
