How to Change Defaults in Wp Customer Reviews

    Hi,

    1. For pages that have not gotten any reviews yet, it shows the stars for Average reviews and how many reviews they have. Why is the “default” to show 2 1/2 stars even when a place has no reviews? We want it to show an average of 0 stars if it does not have any reviews yet.

    3. We currently have our reviews section in a tab on the page. Each venue or vendor’s profile page has three tabs: Photo Gallery, Reviews, and Contact Form. For some reason, on the pages where the reviews work, not only does the create your own review button pop up (which we want), it also shows up on the bottom right corner (which we do not want.)
    *It used to work to put [WPCR_Insert] in the content template to display it in the right place, but now that coding does not work and it shows up in both places.
