how to change default value of "insert/edit link box"

can anyone suggest me that where i have to change default value of “insert/edit link” box which is currently set to “https://”. I want to change it as “https://freekaaoffer.com/to.php?” because most of the time i have to use affiliate link which is redirected through a php script.
