How to change default image setting?

  • I would like to change the default setting when inserting images into posts from default of ‘media’ to ‘none’.

    How to do this?

    It used to be that when one style was used then that version would be retained but this now seems to be changed to be automatically ‘media’ the whole time…

  • The setting still is retained. There is no “default” setting that is used every time.

    I don’t understand esmi…. I have to change mine every time to be ‘none’ from media… and then the next time.. the same… every time to keep changing it..

    It always “sticks” for me. Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

    I am using another theme… so I guess it is that…
