How to change dates of posts in Twenty Twelve

I need to break up the blog post on https://www.videovic.co.uk into separate daily diary entries. I thought I would transfer each day into a separate blog post with the timestamp reflecting the relevant day.

I am using Twenty Twelve.

I would also like to know how to move the logo/header image to above the menu to get rid of the space and move the whole lot up a bit.

I only have knowledge of HTML and CSS but no PHP or Javascript.

Any help would be much appreciated.
