How to change date of posts at once? HELP

I have 30-50 posts a day. Sometimes I have to change dates of posts day before or two …
It is too difficult to do it one by one.
I WANT TO CHANGE ONLY DATE … not time!!!
What should I do? Is there some plugin or solution for doing it at once?
