How to change/customize the 3CX Talk and Chat Icon

    How can I change or customize the 3CX Talk and Chat Icon(Phone and Chat). And what are the recommended size of the icon? I want to change the icon and upload a different icon to make it more attractive. Thanks

  • Under configuration of the 3CX Live Chat and Talk item on your Wordress site, there’s an option ‘Chat box window icon (Dimension (H): 32px)’- guessing that is what you’re looking for, though I haven’t tried it myself.

    I’m wondering if I can customized it and turn it a bit bigger, I’m trying to place the 3CX Live Chat and Talk function inside of a Call to Action button on our site but the 3cx
    just displays on the bottom. So my resolution is to customized the 3CX Live Chat and Talk icon bigger and attractive. If you can share further insights regarding these, please let me know. Big thanks buddy!

    Not sure if that can be done using the WordPress plugin, however I’m not a serious web development guy so happy to be told otherwise.

    Have a look at the ‘WordPress/Website Integration’ settings in the 3CX Management Console, see the Website Code Generator tab.

    Hopefully 3CX support can jump in and help you out – sounds like some good development on your side, something they should try and accommodate for future installs.

    Hello @jerrald ,

    Unfortunately at the moment there is no option on changing the minimized icon.
    By default are those 3 icons that are defined per state of the chat window.
