    Hi there.

    Woo commerce is not sending me or the customer an email when an order is created.
    When the order is created, neither me or the customer receive an email and the order is ‘processing’.

    A paypal email is received, but not one from the website.

    I cannot change the “Customer invoice / Order details ” to ‘enabled’, it is stuck on “manually sent”

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi sagehalo,

    The Customer invoice/Order details email is meant to remain as it is – that is for a different use from your new order notifications (if you want to re-send the customer the invoice or order, it is used then).

    The trouble you are having is somewhat common, and is usually due to the way hosting servers send email. It can be fixed with an SMTP plugin.
