How to change CSS of policy documents for different colour?

Hi,
I purchased the premium version and I have read your link here https://complianz.io/css-lesson-31-cookie-policy-css-for-dark-background/ . However the documentation does not explain where in Complianz plugin this CSS is to be added / changed in order to ensure documents can have a dark background and white text. Please explain how and where I can do this.
