How to change Continue Reading text?

Hello,
I love this plugin, thanks so much for sharing it. One quick (I hope) thing; I can’t figure out how to change the text for the “Continue reading →” link that shows up below the excerpt, and links to the full post. I’d like to change the text to match the rest of our website. Would you mind letting me know how this is done?
