How to change Content Type on emails to HTML

    Hi there!

    Great plugin. I’m using the email task in the plugin. I am wondering if there is an easy way change the content type of the email to HTML (or send both txt and html). Since the tinyMCE edit window is enabled that emails are sent in both types.

    Hi,

    Task Scheduler relies on the WordPress built-in function, wp_mail(), to send Emails. So you may want to find a plugin that allows you to customize Emails sent with wp_mail(). With a Google search, I found this. I’m not sure if it works for you as I haven’t tried it. You should be able to find something similar.

    Thanks! That link to the plugin WP Better Emails worked for me.

    I would like to request the ability to select html in a future release of the plug-in. I think it’s possible with a filter against wp_mail() or adding headers into the email via php. I’m not much of a coder, otherwise I’d try doing myself.
