• Hi,

Apologies for posting here, but there’s no support thread for this theme in the Themes section. Please let me know if I should post elsewhere.

I built a site using the Stow theme (a child of Varia) on WordPress.com, but had to migrate over to www.remarpro.com when I wanted to use plugins (without paying for a much more expensive package). This theme is not available on www.remarpro.com so I had to zip it up and export everything manually.

However, in www.remarpro.com it seems that I can no longer change the theme colours and global fonts using the Theme Customiser – these options are simply not there.

I’d like to use the Additional CSS editor to do this, but I’m having some trouble (I’m not a web coder), and I can’t find a way to contact the developer.

Can anyone help me by telling me what CSS code snippets I should use to change the theme colours? (In WordPress.com I was able to change the Background, Foreground, Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary colours).
And what code snippets should I use to change the font types and sizes?

My site is not yet live, but here’s the link to the relevant themes on WP:
    Stow (child): https://wordpress.com/theme/stow
    Varia (parent): https://wordpress.com/theme/varia

    Many thanks!

Not sure this is going to work as you expect.
However, there are download links in both the pages you provided that say:
“You can download Stow to use on your self-hosted site using the link below”,
    and
“This theme is available for download to be used on your WordPress self-hosted installation.”

So I would suggest you do that first.
I don’t know anything about WordPress.com, however I’m sure there are differences.

Thanks for your response @corrinarusso. I already did that bit – the theme and content were exported from WordPress.com and imported to www.remarpro.com successfully.
The site is looking ok, it just has the wrong colours and fonts now!
It’s only changing the colours and fonts via Additional CSS that I need help with.
    Thanks
