How to change colors of the button states

    I have used the show/hide button in the header of the above website https://highergroundtutoringservices.com/). I managed to give the button a custom color but would like to give custom colors to the other button states. Would you be able to provide any details on how to do this?

    Also, the hidden part of the button is a telephone number. Would it be possible to add code within your short code to make the number clickable to make a call (for example Call me at +62-896-7062-55135).
