How to change color of bar beneath page title

    How do I change the color of the bar beneath the page title. It is currenly a teal blue – I have changed the header & footer to a green and I would like to change it to a contrasting color. I cannot find where I can change the bar color. I’m running WordPress 4.1.1 running Pure & Simple theme.

    Got it! Changed it in the .css Saw how-to on a previous post (Thanks!)

    Here’s the css with the color changed.

    .type-page .entry-title:after {
    background: #9e9e9e;
    }
