How to change category with this hook

  • Hello,
    So I had asked in the Automatorwp plugin if there is a way to change the post category depending on the automation. they told me they would be considering it as a future feature. They also told me that I could use this hook do_action( ‘automatorwp_wordpress_create_post_executed’, $this->post_id, $action, $user_id, $action_options, $automation ); to change the category. the problem is that I am a novice WordPress user and I don’t really know how I can change the category using this hook.
    any help would be greatly appreciated.
