How to change category page behavior?

    At https://www.pupntaco.com/wordpress I’d like each category page (linked from the Javascript rollovers at left) to display maybe three full entries with their art and have a “previous entries” option at bottom; right now it stalls at one with no art and no paragraph returns or styles. Likewise on a Search Results page.

    Where should I look to fix that?
