@streltsovanton All in One SEO always and only outputs absolute canonical URLs.

This is being caused by another plugin on your site (there are some plugins that do this) or a misconfiguration to your WordPress install.

Start by deactivating each plugin on your site one at a time to see when the canonical URLs return to the standard absolute URL.

If that doesn’t work, rename your .htaccess file in the web root directory of your web server and then go to Settings > Permalinks and set them to the standard Post name setting. You should take a backup of your database before doing this in case it breaks all the URLs on your site.

Finally, check the WordPress Address and Site Address under Settings > General to make sure they’re correct.
