How to change bullet points

I have been using bulleted lists on one site with no issue. It just shows the standard circle.
On a new site, when I do a bulleted list, it has an arrow in a blue circle, even though it shows the regular circle. Here is what it looks like.Both sites have different themes.
How can I change it to be just a black circle? This arrow thing looks terrible.
