how to change blog area and give this button my blog hyperlink

    Firstly, I wish everyone a nice day from Istanbul.
    I have a question.
    I know what I want but I’m not sure how to word it. let me try.

    I have a web site which is https://www.elcinoner.com and in this theme there a two parts.1st is Bio and the second is Blog.
    I would like to add my blog https://www.bayanorganic.com link to this area (this button).however, I tried sth but I coulndnt manage to do.

    I changed functions.php as href://bayanorganic.com however nothing changes.

    Wish that, someone will help me.
