How to change background of text widget

This is what my text box looks like on my forum, and I’m trying to add the image background that all the others have, but I cannot seem to find it. Before anyone asks, yes, I’ve been on google… For about an hour trying to find out.

Here is what I have in the style.css:

What am I doing wrong, and how do I change the background to the one I need, I need it to repeat itself as that’s what the background is suppose to do.
