How To: Change background color mid page across the entire screne.

  • Is there a way to change the background color to look something like this?:

    PAGE:
    White Body & Sides. (Across entire screen)
    Light Greg Body & Sides. (Across entire screen)
    White Body & Sides. (Across entire screen)
    Light Greg Body & Sides. (Across entire screen)

    Basically, I’m looking for a clear color separator similar to how a footer goes across the entire screen with a solid color but I want to be able to switch back and forth in the body.

    I’m not a techie so please dumb it all down.
