How to change appearance of featured image (randomly cropped now)?

Hi,
My featured images in posts currently appear like this: https://thecouplesbusiness.com/
(small and cropped).

Instead I want them to be full size and appear above the post excerpts.

Could you please advise what changes need to be made in the editor?
