How to change all category URL redirect to the longer URL?

    At the use of plugin process, I want to custom redirect rule.

    This time the plugin 302 redirect category and post permalinks to the shorter URL,but I want make it to the longer URL. To make the level directory of the website.

    But my technique is very poor, so would like to invite you to guide.
