How to change address of old posts

Hi folks
I created posts for my blog then chose a domain name to forward to. Now my site url is https://www.sitename.info but all the posts show up as https://www.myname.com/blog.
How can I change this? The Blog Address URL in the general settings screen is greyed out and I can’t edit it.
