• On my website I have lots of photos in the FooGallery.

How easy or hard would it be to change the gallery to Envira Gallery (free version)?

    Thank you.

  • That question can best be answered by the Envira Gallery developer. Please feel free to re-post your question in the Envira Gallery plugin’s own support forum to get feedback from the plugin’s developer and user community:

That said, you’ll most likely have to start over from scratch. It’s generally not possible to easily migrate from one gallery plugin to another, unless either:

    1) The two gallery plugins are simply eye candies over the native WordPress gallery feature, or
    2) The new gallery plugin has a specific feature to import the old gallery plugin’s images and galleries.

    Hi @jedicolin

It’s always sad to see a user leaving FooGallery, the best free WordPress gallery plugin.

Before I can advise you further on this, could you kindly let me know why you want to shift to another different gallery plugin so that I can know if I can advise you on how to implement what you are looking for in Envira, using FooGallery? Thanks in advance for doing so.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

Main reason I thought about changing my gallery is because I read this:

    Conclusion
If you’re looking for a simple and fast solution, then?Envira Gallery?and?Modula Gallery?are both great options for a WordPress gallery plugin.
