How to change 404 page title "Page Not Found"

  • Am I right you are using a multi language plugin?

    Or do you mean you have set the WordPress language to german? In case you are not using a language plugin the title of the page you selected as 404 page should be displayed – independent from the language. If not, this is a compatibility issue with another plugin or the theme you are using.
